• Solid experience in Ocean Freight and Trade Management.
• Strong understanding of global ocean markets and carrier dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive growth, pricing decisions and profitability.
• Experience with country teams, carriers and cross‑market stakeholders.
• Knowledge of freight procurement, pricing, allocation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of assigned global ocean trades and drive growth.
• Develop and execute trade strategies aligned with the Global Ocean growth agenda.
• Engage carriers, negotiate, monitor capacity and service levels.
• Support RFQs, tenders and commercial opportunities with market insights.
• Collaborate with country teams to achieve profitability objectives.
• Provide pricing guidance and monitor market developments.
