Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking experts to strengthen its managed infrastructure and cloud services engineering capabilities. The role connects architecture, engineering and operations to ensure standardised, automated and production-ready services.

The team focuses on reusable standards, deployable solutions, and automation across monitoring, security, and resilience disciplines, with leadership opportunities at L4/L5 to shape architecture and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Infra and platform engineering proficiency.
• Automation, orchestration, and IaC expertise.
• CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
• Security-by-design and resilience awareness.
• Operational-readiness and service-transition knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable service-engineering standards and patterns.
• Translate architecture and service requirements into deployable engineering solutions.
• Build automation for deployment, configuration, monitoring and operational support.
• Support the transition of new and changed services into production.
• Define technical monitoring, alerting, logging and support requirements.
• Ensure that services include appropriate resilience, security and recovery capabilities.
• Work with operations teams to eliminate recurring incidents and manual effort.
• Maintain technical documentation, service models and engineering artefacts.
• Support proof-of-concept, testing and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery practices.
• At L4, lead engineering workstreams and complex service-development initiatives.
• At L5, define service-engineering architecture, strategy and technical roadmaps.
