Booking Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Global People Experience Specialist to support employees and new hires across the USA, EU, and Singapore.

The role focuses on mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding within your assigned geography, coordinating with employees, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure a smooth experience. You will manage local People Operations and compliance activities, keep accurate records, and communicate process changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people operations or Global Mobility experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience managing cases and onboarding processes independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Handle Global Mobility & Immigration cases relocating to your geography.
• Manage visa, relocation, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain records and escalate risks affecting relocation or start dates.
• Coordinate onboarding and Day 1 logistics for new hires.
• Ensure new hires have access and support to start on site.
• Lead local People Operations compliance and regulatory requirements.
