Job summary

Red Bear Tech is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to oversee compliance for employees posted across Europe, covering immigration, labour, tax and social security. This role demands policy development and risk mitigation in an international environment.

You will coordinate with Compliance, HR and Finance to ensure legal and ethical operations, manage secondments, residence/work permits and related processes, and stay current with changing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust global mobility program for Europe.
• Lead secondment, residence/work permits, and A1 applications.
• Collaborate with Compliance, HR and Finance as needed.
• Establish controls to monitor adherence and reporting.
• Stay updated on legislation affecting staff across regions.
• Support audits and right-to-work processes at sites.
