Pure Data Centres is seeking a Global Mobility Professional to partner with leaders and People & Culture to shape and deliver mobility plans aligned with business needs and growth across markets.

You will act as the internal expert on international assignments, relocations, immigration, tax and cross-border employment, translating requirements into effective mobility strategies while managing risk, cost and compliance with a strong focus on employee experience.

• Experience designing and managing global mobility programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
