Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Middle Years Program Lead (Trailblazers) based in the Netherlands to shape an innovative global education program for children aged 10–14, integrating project-based and place-based learning with technology-enabled delivery.

You will lead end-to-end curriculum design, assessment, and quality standards, coordinating across educators, cross-functional teams, and international partners while supporting global launches and travel to multiple destinations.

Qualifications

• Proven curriculum design experience across middle years education.
• Experience designing and delivering project-based and place-based learning.
• Knowledge of WASC accreditation requirements and international program standards.
• Experience selecting and coordinating online learning providers and educational tech across multiple sites.
• Ability to scale programs and maintain quality across international locations.
• Ability to design meaningful assessment strategies and monitor learner progress.
• Strong leadership and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic and operational mindset to build scalable processes in evolving environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally; European base preferred.
• Background check or equivalent required on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and implementation of the Middle Years curriculum.
• Develop assessment frameworks and communicate learner progress across locations.
• Define standards for program delivery and ensure alignment with accreditation.
• Identify and manage online education providers and educational technologies.
• Support global expansion, coach educators, and maintain consistency for students and families.
• Collaborate across education, product, operations, real estate, admissions, sales, and marketing.
• Travel regularly to support local teams and maintain program quality across destinations.
