Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Market Research Supervisor based in the Netherlands to lead a fast-growing research team in a technology-driven environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of studies, spanning strategy, execution, and delivery of actionable insights to guide business growth across international markets.

The role emphasizes people leadership, methodological rigor, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex findings into business-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least three years in Market Research or related field with hands-on qualitative and quantitative work.
• Experience leading a research team or coordinating multiple researchers.
• Strong knowledge of surveys, in-depth interviews, desk research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation.
• Ability to plan, prioritize several projects, manage deadlines, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Translate business requests into defined research questions and select appropriate methodologies.
• Strong data analysis and synthesis to draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills with concise executive summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and ability to explain complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Organized, proactive, and accountable with strong ownership.
• Experience using task management tools and maintaining research documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Market Research team, set objectives, assign workloads, and provide feedback.
• Oversee the full research lifecycle from requests to actionable insights.
• Prioritize the research backlog based on goals, resources, and deadlines.
• Ensure methodological rigor across sampling, instruments, data collection, and analysis.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present findings persuasively.
• Explore new markets, assess competition, and analyze consumer behavior for growth opportunities.
• Translate findings into structured insights and practical recommendations for decisions.
• Standardize processes and documentation to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and introduce AI/no-code solutions.
