Job summary

Databricks seeks a technical leader and chief architect to govern a health technology customer’s Data + AI strategy. You will own the enterprise vision across multiple units and regulatory regimes, guiding a multinational team and partners through a multi-year, quarterly-release program.

You will articulate platform strategy, demonstrate value, and drive production-grade AI initiatives. You will align executive stakeholders, set direction for engineers, and scale GenAI across business units,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, ML or AI architecture with senior technical leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in modern data/AI platforms (Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks).
• Experience designing large-scale data platforms, governance, and production ML/GenAI environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision for a global health tech enterprise account.
• Lead the account pod including SA, specialists, and partners to deliver a unified plan.
• Drive architecture decisions, prototype where needed, and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
