Bayer's De Ruiter Experience Center in Bleiswijk, Netherlands, seeks an International Market Development Representative to drive global market development for high-tech greenhouse portfolios in tomato, pepper, cucumber and strawberry. You will coordinate international trial plans across EMEA, Asia and AMPAC and accelerate portfolio adoption with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• 5–10 years in a high-tech greenhouse environment and customer-facing role.
• Expertise in high-tech horticulture, seeds, crop production, agronomy or portfolio development.
• Strong commercial understanding of grower economics and trial design.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as portfolio and crop expert for customer-facing teams and growers network.
• Lead international market-development trial plans across EMEA, Asia and AMPAC.
• Drive strategic market-extension plans for new variety launches.
• Connect market insights to portfolio positioning and future innovation.
• Transfer knowledge across regions and scale successful approaches globally.
• Utilize the Bayer De Ruiter Experience Center as a global engagement platform.
• Build relationships with growers, influencers and internal stakeholders.
