Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Technical Agronomy Advisor for field-based work across the Netherlands. You will help growers with practical agronomic and technical guidance, support trials, and drive commercial opportunities for innovative crop solutions.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Agronomy or related field, strong knowledge of high-tech greenhouse production, and fluency in Dutch and English with a driving licence. Prior Dutch horticulture experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Plant Pathology or related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of high-tech greenhouse tomato and strawberry production.
• Experience in Dutch greenhouse horticulture.
• Knowledge of peppers, cucumbers or leafy vegetables advantageous.
• Fluent Dutch and English with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Job

Our client is seeking a Technical Agronomy Advisor to support growers across the Dutch high-tech greenhouse sector. This is a field-based role focused on providing practical agronomic advice, developing grower relationships, supporting trials and helping drive the commercial growth of an innovative crop solution.
