all-skills is seeking a Global Solution Manager – Horticulture in Tilburg/Netherlands to guide the global Horticulture Applications business. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and go-to-market plans, coordinating with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Finance to drive growth.

You will own pricing, profitability and P&L performance, build a high‑performing international team and lead key product initiatives. Travel ~40% and a permanent contract.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical, scientific or business discipline.
• 7+ years leading product, application or business units internationally.
• Strong horticulture knowledge and network, ideally in horticulture lighting.
• 5+ years in the lighting components and solutions market.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into successful products and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen including pricing; P&L experience advantageous.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional, international teams; small team leadership a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with structured and adaptable approach.
• Fluent English with ~40% travel; Dutch language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define product charters, business cases and innovative solutions with R&D, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
• Drive product launches, commercial trials, customer adoption and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including product specifications, pricing and portfolio competitiveness.
• Drive revenue, profitability and P&L performance for the Horticulture Applications business.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and commercial performance, balancing customer value and market potential.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team with strong horticulture application expertise.
