Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Amsterdam is offering an outstanding learning opportunity for a Bachelor or Master student to join as an EHS Manufacturing intern. You will work with a supportive team to gain a comprehensive learning experience in EHS practices and digital tools, including SharePoint, Tableau/PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the internship duration.
  • You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a similar background.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Willing to learn business tools such as Canva, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint and how they integrate into other processes.
  • Excellent social skills to interact with different partners and senior management.
  • EU working rights are required (EU citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development, training and deployment of the EHS onboarding process with the Global EHS community.
  • Standardization of documentation to ensure KHMS compliance and external parties.
  • Learning journey in tools like Microsoft SharePoint Creation and Management for the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project.
  • Supporting cross-zone EHS Team on analysis of EHS events to gain insights for the Global Community.
  • Contributing to governance and controls of EHS processes and routines.

Inthis rolesyou willbe responsible for:

Qualifications:

Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of yourbachelor, or in your master’sdegreeofEnvironmental Engineering/ Science,Occupational Health & Safety,Engineering, or a similar background.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointskills arerequired.
  • You are willing to learn business tools (such as Canva, Tableau/PowerBI,SharePointetc.) and how those tools integrate into other functional work processes.
  • You have excellent social skills,to interactwith different partners, asyou’llfrequentlybe exposed to senior management.
  • You are able to develop relationships with various team members from different functions,backgroundand cultures.
  • You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic.You’renot easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
  • Ability to lead multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.Any other language is an advantage.
  • NOTE: EU working rights arerequired(Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

What we offer you

Program start date: September2025.

Duration :6months.

Allowance : 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location : Amsterdam.

This is a hybridposition,you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
