As an EHS Manufacturing intern, you will join a supportive team to gain hands-on experience with EHS practices and digital tools while building a global network.

In this role you will own your ideas and career, contribute to responsible, sustainable practices, and collaborate with senior leaders across functions.

Qualifications

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of your bachelor or in your master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Willing to learn business tools like Canva, Tableau/PowerBI, SharePoint, and how they integrate into work processes.
  • You have excellent social skills to interact with different partners and senior management.
  • EU working rights are required (EU Citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, training and deployment of the EHS onboarding process with the Global EHS community.
  • Help standardize documentation to ensure KHMS and external party compliance.
  • Learn business tools and support EHS Global SharePoint integration projects.
  • Assist cross-zone EHS team in analyzing EHS events to gain insights for the Global Community.
  • Support governance and controls of EHS processes and routines.

In This Roles You Will Be Responsible For
  • Supporting the development, training and deployment of the EHS Onboarding Process with the Global EHS community.
  • The standardization of documentation to ensure compliance to the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) and external parties
  • Taking a learning journey in business tools such as Microsoft SharePoint Creation and Management from basic to advance to support the EHS Global SharePoint Integration Project
  • Supporting cross-zone EHS Team on the analysis of EHS events to gain understanding on EHS performances and developing high level insights for EHS Global Community
  • Supplying to strengthen governance & controls of EHS process and routine.
Qualifications

Job requirements:

  • You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
  • You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree of Environmental Engineering/ Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a similar background.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required.

  • You have excellent social skills, to interact with different partners, as you’ll frequently be exposed to senior management.
  • You are able to develop relationships with various team members from different functions, background and cultures.
  • You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic. You're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance.
  • Ability to lead multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity
  • You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.Any other language is an advantage.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required(Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

  • Computer proficiency: including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.

What we offer you

Program start date: September 2025.

Duration: 6 months.

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location: Amsterdam.

This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
