Job summary

DSV is looking for a Logistics Team Leader in Tholen. You’ll lead a small team, optimize inbound and outbound processes, and drive safety and efficiency across operations. You’ll coach staff, align with Customer Service, and support the Warehouse Manager to keep the operation on track.

Qualifications

• relevant leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, for example as a Team Lead or in a similar role;
• a flexible mindset and the willingness to work day shifts and, in the future, to move to a two-shift schedule depending on operational needs;
• a good command of English, enabling you to communicate clearly, guide colleagues, and effectively manage the daily operation.

Responsibilities

• you lead a team of 5 to 10 colleagues to ensure inbound/outbound processes for customers run smoothly and efficiently;
• you coach, provide direction, and oversee daily warehouse operation to ensure safety, quality and results;
• you communicate with Customer Service and act as sparring partner for the Warehouse Manager;
• you manage and coordinate the daily warehouse operation, set priorities and ensure activities run smoothly.
