Job summary

Expeditors in the Netherlands is seeking a senior Logistics Operations Project Manager to own a critical client program end-to-end across the EMEA network. You will drive timelines, align vendors, manage site-level deployments, and ensure successful execution from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in warehouse operations and KPI tracking.
• 4+ years leading logistics projects.
• Proven track record managing 3PL partners and bottlenecks.
• Strong data-driven mindset to analyze performance and act.
• Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily stand-ups, align multi-site operations for a high-volume client.
• Coordinate 3PL partners, resolve inbound/outbound discrepancies.
• Track shipments and KPIs to meet defined OKRs.
• Monitor timelines, hardware deployment, and WMS upgrade milestones.
• Oversee packaging, DG processes, audits and risk escalation.
