Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Manager, Projects, Group Development Management in the Netherlands. You will oversee development works across logistics, industrial and commercial assets, from design through construction and handover, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant strong experience in full cycle development.
• Experience in logistics and industrial warehouses development.
• Strong business acumen and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and lead teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and project manage projects independently from initial design stage to authority submission and project completion and handover.
• Lead in-house design and costing and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify project risks and mitigation measures.
• Manage consultants, contractors and vendors, and procurement processes in alignment with DOA.
• Coordinate with local authorities for timely regulatory approvals (Netherlands, Poland).
• Forecast, track and monitor site progress, costs and delivery quality during construction.
• Ensure time, costs and quality targets are met and manage handover requirements.
