• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and monitor performance.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture with clear communication and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and new operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, customs, environmental, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with regional teams to align priorities and manage change.
