Job summary

pladis is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating between customers, 3PL warehouse, transport partners and internal teams. You will optimize logistics, drive improvements and safeguard top-notch service while supporting cross-functional initiatives across the supply chain.

With 0–2 years in CS or logistics, a university degree, and basic ERP knowledge, you’ll join a collaborative team in the Netherlands and grow through

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in Customer Service or Logistics (or strong internship)
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, or similar)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order fulfilment from order intake to delivery and invoicing
• Coordinate with 3PL, carriers and internal teams
• Optimize logistics network and drive continuous improvement
• Support invoicing and cost control processes
• Assist cross-functional teams with operational insights
