Job summary

MNX Global Logistics BV is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for its Amsterdam location. The role focuses on managing international shipments, document workflows, and maintaining proactive communication with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced environment handling invoicing, shipping costs, and warehouse-related tasks to support end-to-end logistics for life science clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable in logistics management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in the Transport and Logistics sector in the life sciences industry.
• Experience shipping life science products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, samples.
• Knowledge of GDP and Dangerous Goods is an advantage.
• Experience in a GMP/GDP facility is a plus.
• Languages: English required; Dutch/French/German advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all international shipments and document workflows.
• Maintain contact with customers (phone/email) and keep them informed of shipment status.
• Follow work procedures, adhere to delivery schedules and coordinate with partner network.
• Handle invoicing, shipments, and shipping costs.
