Job summary

Solidaridad in Utrecht, the Netherlands, invites an enthusiastic student for an internship in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. You will help build institutional learning and information exchange, with room for creativity and responsibility.

Tasks include designing online modules, shaping onboarding, and reviewing earlier activities in onboarding and digital tools. The role requires strong English, independence, and team collaboration, with 16+ hours weekly for 4–6 months starting

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and independent student
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enrolled in third or fourth year of a relevant HBO or university degree in NL

Responsibilities

• Design self-paced online modules in the Learning Management Platform
• Contribute to onboarding programme development
• Review prior experiences in onboarding, internal comms, and digital tools
• Create modern, clean presentation decks beyond basic slides
