Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking a Learning Design Intern to help create engaging learning experiences for our international team. You’ll design e-learning modules, onboarding guides, training scripts, and supporting handouts.

Based at our Amsterdam headquarters for 5–6 months starting December 2026, this hybrid internship lets you collaborate with the TSH Academy and People & Culture to shape Europe-wide learning across locations.

Formación

• You’re currently studying Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Hospitality Management, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• You’ll join a diverse international team and write and design learning content.
• You should be curious, proactive, and open to trying new formats.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing learning content for digital platforms, videos, print tools, and more
• Support the creation and launch of new in-person training programs and content
• Help with tasks like managing users, pulling reports, and coordinating with stakeholders
• Write clear, engaging copy for training materials, decks, and workshops
• Provide design support for e-learnings and internal learning campaigns
• Join brainstorming sessions for learning content development
• Research learning trends and tools to keep experiences fresh
• Lead own projects with support from the team
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft LMS learning experiences
• Coordinate with L&D intern to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs
