Job summary

Solidaridad in Utrecht, the Netherlands, invites an enthusiastic student for an internship in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. You will help build institutional learning and information exchange, with room for creativity and responsibility.

Tasks include designing online modules, shaping onboarding, and reviewing earlier activities in onboarding and digital tools. The role requires strong English, independence, and team collaboration, with 16+ hours weekly for 4–6 months starting

In Europe, Solidaridad focuses on market development, corporate engagement, policy influencing, communications, and donor relations, working closely with brands, policymakers, and civil society.

What will you do?

As an Intern Planning Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning you will work on developing our institutional learning and information exchange environment. You will have a supporting role with plenty of room for creativity and your own responsibilities. Your tasks include:

• Support the design of self-paced online modules in our Learning Management Platform
• Support the institutional development for our global onboarding programme
• Review earlier experiences in this field of work (onboarding, internal communication, digital tools, online learning)
• Skills: Familiarity with design platforms like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in creating modern, clean presentation decks (moving far beyond basic, bullet-heavy PowerPoint slides).
