Job summary

Boskalis’s Learning & Development team invites an enthusiastic intern to gain hands-on experience building digital learning content and learning modules. You will translate organizational knowledge into engaging e-learning, creating storyboards, texts, visuals, and interactive elements.

You will collaborate with L&D advisors and project teams, applying instructional design principles and exploring new learning solutions. Hybrid work, with an internship allowance, awaits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor or university program in education sciences or a related field.
• Knowledge of instructional design and didactical methodologies.
• Able to present complex information clearly.
• Enjoy working with online learning tools and learning content creation.
• Independent, proactive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to translate knowledge into effective e-learning modules.
• Create content including storyboards, texts, visuals, and interactive elements.
• Provide advice on engaging, interactive, and adaptive digital learning solutions.
• Proactively participate in L&D projects related to creating (digital) content.
