Solidaridad Europe is seeking a Project Management Support Intern for the Excellence & Financial Integrity (EFI) team in Utrecht. You will assist with daily administration, contracting, and financial workflows, while contributing to a transparent and efficient NGO operation.
You will work alongside Project Management Officers, Legal Advisor, and Finance staff, gaining hands-on experience across our global network in an international setting.

Solidaridad Europe is looking for an enthusiastic student to join our Efficiency and Financial Integrity (EFI) team in Utrecht. In this internship you will gain hands‑on experience in general project administration, contract processing, and financial workflows, operating across a global network while making a real contribution to our mission.
The Excellence & Financial Integrity (EFI) team serves as the operational and financial backbone of Solidaridad Europe. It provides the governance, systems, processes, and culture necessary to ensure the organization is transparent, financially sound, high-performing, and impact-driven.
As a Project Management Support Intern within the EFI team, you will assist with the day-to-day administrative and contracting processes. Working alongside our Project Management Officers, Legal Advisor, and Finance staff, you will help ensure our procedures run smoothly, and that our administration, records, and information in our systems are accurate and reliable.
This internship includes carrying out the following tasks in particular:
We are looking for a student who pays close attention to detail, enjoys working with digital systems and numbers, and who is eager to understand how digital systems support the effective implementation and development of our programs.
