The Global Employee Development Manager is responsible for shaping and enabling enterprise‑wide learning solutions that build critical enterprise-wide employee capabilities supporting our global business strategy. A critical role that enables our business success. In this role, you will be asked to:
- Shape and drive the global learning ecosystem by co‑defining and implementing the best learning technology and skill/competency infrastructure for the organization that support an impactful learning experience.
- Identify enterprise‑wide learning needs in partnership with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into impactful global learning portfolio, including compliance‑driven requirements.
- Design and deliver innovative learning solutions including onboarding, capability‑building, and development programs that are learner‑centric, scalable, and aligned with organizational culture and business needs. Balance internal content creation with external solutions to optimise speed, quality and cost.
- Drive adoption and learning impact by embedding development into talent, performance, and leadership processes while continuously enhancing the employee learning experience through data and feedback.
- Manage strategic learning partners and vendors, ensuring high‑quality content, effective governance, budget control, and strong alignment with organizational learning objectives.
- Shape and maintain learning governance, compliance, and reporting, overseeing mandatory learning programs, measuring effectiveness through dashboards and analytics, and ensuring audit‑ready processes and data integrity.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development within a global environment.
- Relevant degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in learning need analysis, instructional design, learning technologies, and competency / skills frameworks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful development solutions.
- Excellent project and change management skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving adoption across all levels.
- Data‑driven and growth mindset, combining analytical thinking, a passion for learning technology, and a growth‑oriented approach to continuous improvement.
