Job summary

Radio Holland Group in Rotterdam seeks a Team Lead Business Applications to steer global management and continuous improvement of business applications and platforms. You will lead a three-person team within the Digital & Technology department and report to the Head of Digital & Technology.

You will manage full application lifecycle, ensure continuity and compliance, and drive upgrades, innovations, and vendor management to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a lead or management role within business applications or application management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience with third-party vendor management and product ownership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global application management and build a high-performing Business Applications team.
• Manage the full lifecycle of business applications and platforms with focus on continuity and compliance.
• Drive innovation, upgrades, and custom extensions to improve processes.
• Report progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure robust development/testing procedures.
• Act as a Product Owner for the business applications portfolio and align work with business needs.
• Prioritize the team backlog to focus on critical business objectives.
• Translate business requests into clear technical requirements and balance support with innovation.
