Job summary

Experis Nederland is looking for a Team Lead Applications to head a team of IT applications specialists in the Zeeland region. You will ensure stable operation of business-critical applications and drive continuous improvement in a high-tech, international production environment.

You will coach and manage team members, oversee lifecycle management of applications, collaborate with IT and business units, and optimize supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams and coaching staff.
• Strong people management skills including line management experience.
• Willingness to undergo screening and provide references.
• Residence in the Netherlands with permanent EU citizenship and passport (no dual nationality).
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities
