Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an IT Operations Support professional in Amsterdam to deliver on-site and remote assistance for our global team. You will own onboarding, service desk tasks, and AV support, while collaborating with colleagues across regions to ensure a seamless tech experience.

You will work with macOS and Windows devices, Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom, delivering customer‑focused service in a fast‑growing, startup‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, supporting people in time sensitive situations.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear guides.
• Prior macOS support experience is required.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, Zoom.
• Proficient Slack communication to coordinate with teams quickly.
• Experience in an international company with offices in multiple countries is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Fundamentals of networking troubleshooting (wifi, DNS, office networks).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for Airwallex employees and contractors.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, and more.
• Handle SaaS tooling support for Zoom, Slack, Google Chrome, and Google Workspace.
• Provide AV support for meetings and events across offices.
• Run new hire IT onboarding events weekly.
• Manage offboarding processes including laptop recovery.
• Administer common SaaS apps and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT ops and other teams to resolve issues.
