Job summary
Hoogwegt Group seeks an experienced IT Operations & PMO Manager to lead global IT service delivery from our Arnhem office. You will establish uniform project governance, oversee ITIL processes, and manage vendor relationships, while partnering with the Global IT Director to drive strategic technology adoption.
You will own daily IT operations, cloud platforms, and AI tool governance, ensuring reliable performance across international locations. English fluency and Dutch proficiency valued.
Qualifications
- Significant senior IT operational leadership experience.
- Broad generalist IT coverage including cloud/infrastructure and PMO.
- ITIL 4 certification preferred.
- Strong vendor oversight and governance abilities.
- Fluent English; Dutch proficiency valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead global IT operations and PMO governance across international locations.
- Oversee ITIL incident, change and problem management processes.
- Manage external IT service providers and MSPs with strict SLA adherence.
- Govern deployment and security of Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform).
- Partner with Global IT Director to align on technology strategy.
