Job summary

Weareyuma is seeking a dynamic Dutch-speaking Manager IT Operations to lead our Utrecht-based Managed Services delivery. You will ensure continuity of client IT environments, align people, processes and technology, and drive high-performing operations from site to site.

Based in Utrecht (and Rijswijk), you will own performance, KPIs, and governance while collaborating with Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a team lead in Managed Services, IT Operations or Service Delivery.
• Experience leading technical and customer-facing teams, aligning people, priorities and business objectives.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance, customer satisfaction, service quality and team development across Operations, Service Management and Project Delivery
• Be accountable for project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting and service improvement plans, driving continuous improvement of processes and governance
• Strengthen collaboration between Delivery, Operations, Sales, Presales and Customer Success teams to ensure a consistent client experience
• Drive resource planning, workforce management and capability development across your teams
• Support the further integration of AI, automation and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
• Ensure security, compliance, risk management and business continuity are embedded in daily operations
