Job summary

The Social Hub seeks an HR/People Operations intern to support our growing international team in Amsterdam for 5–6 months starting February 2027. You’ll collaborate with People Specialists on operational, administrative, and strategic HR tasks to make an impact.

Ideal candidates are EU-enrolled students in HR or Hospitality, fluent in English with Dutch a plus, and legally eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a school/college within the EU.
• Bachelor student in Human Resources, Hospitality or related.
• Seeking a meaningful internship experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus (written and spoken).
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact to support employees and managers on HR related questions.
• Assist in coordinating the onboarding/offboarding processes for new employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and employee details in HR software.
• Assist in meaningful HR projects.
• Represent The Social Hub at career events and internship fairs.

As HR / People Operations intern, you will help us to build and support our growing international team. You will work closely with the People Specialists on all HR related tasks. So, you’ll be involved in every HR process and working on operational, administrative and strategic levels! That’s what we call making impact.

We are looking for someone to join our team in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months starting in February 2027.
