Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an Office Management Intern to join our Office Management and People & Culture teams in Amsterdam. This 5-6 month internship starts April 2027 and offers hands-on experience in coordinating daily operations, events, and internal communications in a dynamic, international setting.

You will work closely with the Office Manager, support onboarding/offboarding, calendar management, and maintain an organized, vibrant workplace, while developing skills in hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an EU university or school.
• Willing to work on-site in Amsterdam five days a week.
• Highly hands-on and proactive.
• Outgoing, social, and extroverted.
• Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organization and service orientation.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office Manager on day-to-day activities.
• Assist with office events and creation of the events calendar.
• Manage meeting room calendar and other internal bookings.
• Support and coordinate post and shipping requests.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding of new starters at The Social Hub.
• Keep the office and pantry organised.
• Keep internal communications updated.
