Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corporation in the Netherlands invites a motivated HR intern to join our European HR team in Rijswijk. This 3–4 month role (24–32 hours/week) offers hands-on experience across HR operations and data reporting.

Based in a multicultural environment, you will support onboarding, contracts, records, and HR projects, while learning how people data drives business decisions. Monthly allowance and onsite lunch are provided; strong English is required and Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate within 12 months or nearing completion of a related degree.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and interest in HR data, reports, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Good command of English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with HR data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Support employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, contracts, records, offboarding.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align processes with business goals.
• Provide general HR support as needed.
