Job summary

GenDx is offering a full-time internship in HR at our Utrecht campus. You will support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. Tasks include preparing employment contracts, HR documentation, recruitment support, and answering questions.

You will contribute to employer branding, onboarding, learning & development, and internal communications. The internship runs 6–9 months, 32–40 hours per week, with an allowance of €350 per month and access to

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Willing to learn and gain practical HR experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

• Support the HR team with day‑to‑day HR operations and gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Who are we looking for?

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• You are eager to learn and excited about building practical HR experience.
• You work accurately, take initiative and enjoy organizing your own work.
• You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• You enjoy working with people and are service‑oriented.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook and Excel).
• You are available for a full‑time internship (32-40 hours per week) for 6-9 months.
