Job summary

Li & Fung, based in the Netherlands, seeks an HR Manager to deliver hands-on HR services across the organization’s international population. The role covers payroll coordination, people management advice, learning and development, absence management, pensions and insurances, HR data management and reporting, and budgeting.

The successful candidate will partner with managers, Finance and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient HR delivery across NL, Spain, and Italy, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role; international/multi-jurisdictional preferred.
• Proven experience with payroll coordination, absence management and benefits administration.
• Strong practical knowledge of HR processes, HRIS and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or support payroll runs with external provider.
• Act as trusted HR advisor to managers on performance, restructurings and disciplinary matters.
• Provide coaching to managers on people decisions and HR processes.
• Coordinate HR processes for Netherlands, Spain and Italy, aligning with local requirements and France HR.
• Identify training needs and support delivery of learning programs and onboarding.
