Job summary

Highberg B.V. is seeking a Senior HR IT Project Manager to lead large-scale HR IT initiatives, migrations and digital transformations.

You will direct projects from initiation to delivery, balancing technology, processes and organizational change. You will partner with HR, IT, suppliers and senior management to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes, coach colleagues, and raise the professional standard of project management within the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience as a project manager in HR IT, digitalization or consultancy.
• Experience with HR IT implementations or HR transformations.
• Degree HBO/WO level.
• Experience in stakeholder management at tactical and strategic levels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale HR IT initiatives such as HR tech implementations, migrations and digital transformations.
• Manage the entire project cycle from initiation to delivery and assurance.
• Coordinate with HR, IT teams, suppliers and senior management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to the further professionalization of project management within the organization.
• Monitor risk and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
