Job summary

HCL Technologies B.V. Netherland is seeking an experienced HR consulting leader to drive enterprise HR transformation, Hire-to-Retire programs, HR operating models, and AI-enabled HR across global clients in Europe and beyond.

You will partner with CHROs and C-suite leaders to shape strategies, accelerate AI adoption, design future-state operating models, and deliver measurable business value through journey-led service design, dashboards, and KPI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience in HR transformation, HR consulting, or enterprise HR leadership.
• Proven experience advising CHROs, C‑suite executives, and senior HR leaders on HR strategy and value realization.
• Deep functional expertise across Hire-to-Retire value chain and global HR service delivery.
• Experience with HR process transformation, standardization, and shared services.
• Strong ability to translate HR transformation into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and executive workshops; Big 4 or Tier‑1 experience preferred.
• Familiarity with leading HCM platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and others.

Responsibilities

• Advise CHROs and senior leaders on HR transformation strategy and value realization.
• Lead enterprise-wide Hire-to-Retire transformation and harmonize global HR functions.
• Design future-state HR operating models (BP, COEs, Shared Services, GCCs) and governance.
• Define roadmaps, target-state capabilities, and implementation priorities.
• Drive employee and manager experience transformation through service design and AI-enabled HR.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and dashboards to measure outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance on HR technology and analytics.
• Lead executive workshops and transformation programs with senior stakeholders.
