Job summary

The Boolchand Group is seeking an HR intern to join a growing, international team. You will contribute directly to shaping HR processes, participate in recruitment, onboarding, and policy development, and work closely with the HR Group Manager Iris Markus and 2–3 HR colleagues.

You will gain practical experience in an international environment where English is spoken daily, with freedom to contribute ideas and own projects while developing a broad range of HR skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HRM (working or graduation internship).
• Social and communicative with a go‑getter attitude.
• Able to work independently and take initiative in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Screening CVs and following up with applicants.
• Recruiting and supporting the intake of new employees.
• Improving the onboarding process and enhancing the employee experience.
• Maintaining HR administration and personnel files.
• Organizing team activities and writing the company newsletter.
• Contributing ideas to HR policies and new HR initiatives.
• Supporting employee well‑being and sustainable employability programs.
• Conducting benchmark research on employment conditions or HR trends.
• Space for your own projects or research within an HR theme.
