Destinus is seeking an HR intern to support daily operations for a team spanning the Netherlands and Europe. You’ll assist with contracts, probation reviews, and HR documentation in a fast‑paced, international environment.

You’re pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English and Dutch. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Support our HR Team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with the coordination and follow‑up of probation period reviews.
• Provide first‑level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries.
• Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow‑ups.
• Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts.
• Contribute to the coordination of the company’s 360° performance review process.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
