Job summary

Destinus invites you to join its HR team in the Netherlands to learn what Human Resources looks like in a fast‑paced, international aerospace and defense company. You’ll be hands‑on with projects that shape the employee experience across Europe and beyond.

As an intern, you’ll handle daily HR tasks, assist with probation reviews and documentation, maintain org charts, and support performance processes while collaborating with colleagues across the region.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Support our HR Team in the Netherlands with daily operational tasks.
• Assist with the coordination and follow‑up of probation period reviews.
• Provide first‑level support to employees regarding simple HR inquiries.
• Prepare and update HR documentation, including contracts for contractors and related follow‑ups.
• Support in maintaining and updating organizational charts.
• Contribute to the coordination of the company’s 360° performance review process.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
