Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, supporting leaders and employees across multiple countries and/or functions.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or life sciences industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor practices, benefits, and HR compliance requirements in the supported regions.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders across our international teams, providing guidance and hands-on support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement; help build high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and other workplace matters, while supporting talent processes like goal setting and development.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and support recruitment for key roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
