Job summary

Get-e is searching for a Global Hotel Operations Specialist to join our 24/7 international service team. You will manage airline crew accommodation bookings with hotel partners worldwide, ensuring availability and accurate rates across PMS/booking systems, and addressing any issues quickly in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in hotel operations, reservations, or hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA booking systems is a plus.
• Understanding of allotments, rate parity, cut-off dates, no-show policy is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier negotiation and issue resolution.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HBO-level thinking/working in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel bookings, room allotments and rate/availability across a global network.
• Liaise with hotel suppliers to resolve availability conflicts, rate discrepancies and last-minute changes.
• Monitor cut-off dates, no-show/cancellation policies and contract terms to avoid exposure.
• Support crew accommodation logistics including rest periods and proximity to airports.
• Perform quality checks on booking details and hotel data accuracy in systems.
• Communicate with clients and hotel partners professionally across channels.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with international teammates and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
