Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in hotel operations, reservations, or hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA systems is a plus.
• Understanding of allotments, rate parity, cut-off dates, and no-show policies helps.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel bookings, allotments, and rates across a global network.
• Liaise with hotel suppliers to resolve availability and rate issues.
• Monitor cut-off dates, cancellations, and contract terms to minimize exposure.
• Support crew accommodation logistics, including rest periods and proximity to airports.
• Perform data quality checks on bookings and hotel records.
• Communicate professionally with clients and partners across channels.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.
