Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites a proactive Management Intern to join the Room Operations team across our hotels. You will support audits, implement projects, and help improve procedures while traveling to properties to work on-site.

The role focuses on operational excellence, onboarding new Housekeeping Managers, and collaborating with head office. Fluent English is required; starting January/February 2027 for at least 8 months in an international setting.

Qualifications

• You are a hotel management school student seeking an internship (minimum 8 months).
• Analytical, strong communicator, and fluent in English.
• Willing to travel to hotels and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement new projects across our hotels.
• Maintain and observe the quality scores within Room Operations.
• Communicate between the hotels and head office.
• Improve procedures and manuals.
• Organize our meetings for Housekeeping.
