Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Vertical Strategy Manager, Hospitality, to own the commercial growth of the Hospitality vertical and partner with the Head of F&B and Hospitality. You will shape global strategy, work across NA and EMEA, and translate customer needs into pricing, packaging, and product opportunities.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics, and a track record in hospitality or payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or payments portfolio management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical depth.

Responsibilities

• Own Vertical Performance: serve as a key driver of the health and performance of the Hospitality vertical, supporting its general management and strategic direction.
• Define Global Commercial Strategy: define and drive key elements of the global commercial strategy for Hospitality; deliverables include go-to-market playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert: act as the internal and external SME for Hospitality, understanding PMS, CRS and channels.
• Drive Product & Partnership Strategy: analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: work with Product Offering to champion the vertical, inform pricing/packaging strategies, and provide vertical nuances to global enablement.
• Inform Growth Initiatives: develop and maintain customer segmentation to identify revenue growth opportunities and monitor industry trends.
