Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a senior Market Development leader to shape and execute the service strategy across the Feed & Biofuel division. You will define global and regional plans, build competitive battlecards, and drive order intake and margin growth through close collaboration with regional directors, sales, operations, and product management.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in multinational settings, a strong engineering/business background, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• MBA or Master in Business Administration or Project Management preferred.
• More than 15 years of experience in engineering/machinery industries.
• Experience in senior management within multinational companies.
• Specific know-how in Feed Milling, Aqua/Extrusion or Biofuel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) for Service within F&B.
• Develop and execute Market Development strategy for Service solutions globally.
• Define regional 'where to play' and 'how to win' scenarios and battlecards.
• Coordinate with Regions to align solution mix per industry and market.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve delivery and lead times.
• Own Order Intake and Gross Margin KPIs for Service.
• Drive growth opportunities including M&A and partnerships.
