Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• MBA or Master in Business Administration or Project Management is desired.
• 15+ years in engineering/machinery industries with market development or leadership.
• Experience in senior level management in multinational companies.
• Travel availability for regional/global roles.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain the Medium-Term Plan for Service business within F&B Division.
• Define and execute the Market Development strategy for Service solutions globally.
• Cascade strategy with regions and define the right market mix per industry.
• Own Order Intake and Gross Margin KPIs for Service Market Development.
• Lead and develop the Service Market Development team across regions.
