Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a Head of Employee Relations to define and lead our global approach to employee relations and performance management. The role partners with senior leaders, People teams and employment lawyers to ensure fair, compliant handling of employee matters and consistent governance across jurisdictions.

You will build strong relationships with works councils and employee representatives while driving practical policies, processes and templates for performance concerns, grievances

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in employee relations and HR.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and risk management.
• Experience defining and implementing an employee relations strategy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to work with works councils, employee representatives or trade unions.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organisation’s employee relations and performance management strategy, principles and operating model.
• Provide guidance on complex, sensitive or high-risk cases.
• Build relationships with works councils, employee forums and other representative bodies.
• Advise leaders on consultation requirements, timelines and communications during organisational change.
• Ensure practices comply with local laws and corporate policies.
• Lead governance, reporting and capability-building within People teams.
