Job summary

ADP is seeking a Global Solution Designer to act as the strategic design authority for our clients' global HCM transformation journey. You will own end-to-end solution design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time, balancing global consistency with local compliance and guiding organizations toward standardized solutions that align with ADP best practices.

You will collaborate with clients, implementation teams and domain experts across countries, lead design workshops, and drive 80/20

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR technology and transformation.
• Deep HCM domain expertise across HR, Payroll and Time.
• Enterprise solution design leadership for global architectures.
• Executive stakeholder management across HR, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in workshops.
• Global operating model expertise across multi-country environments.
• Data governance and analytics knowledge to drive workforce insights.
• Professional credentials (PMI-PMP, Lean Six Sigma or payroll certifications) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time.
• Define and govern global design principles, standards and decision frameworks.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate challenges into practical HCM solutions.
• Drive cross-domain alignment across HR, IT, Finance, Legal and Implementation teams.
• Support sales and solutioning efforts with business value articulation and RFI/RFP responses.
• Govern design quality and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
• Translate decisions into documentation, governance artifacts and handoffs to delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate design decisions to executives to drive adoption.
