Job summary

ADP seeks a Global Solution Designer to lead end-to-end HCM transformation across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time. You will balance global standardization with local compliance, guiding client programs from planning through delivery with a focus on scalable, standardized solutions aligned to ADP best practices.

You will work with clients, implementation teams, and domain experts to design governance frameworks, resolve cross-functional design challenges, and ensure cohesive, future-ready HCM

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology transformation and enterprise solution design.
• Strong HCM domain knowledge across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time.
• Executive stakeholder management in global organizations.
• Ability to lead workshops, document decisions, and translate requirements into actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time to align client objectives with ADP strategies.
• Establish global design governance, standards, and decision frameworks across regions.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders through workshops and strategic conversations.
• Drive cross-domain alignment among HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and implementations.
• Support Sales and Solutioning with RFIs/RFPs and value articulation.
• Govern design quality, compliance, and scalable design guidance throughout the program lifecycle.
• Translate design decisions into documentation, handoffs, and implementation guidance.
• Communicate recommendations to executives to drive adoption and global consistency.
• Champion continuous improvement and alignment with product roadmaps and industry trends.
• Focus on long-term value and sustainable operations beyond go-live.
